- Tuesday:
- 18.30 – 19.15 (Children till 12 years old and beginners)
- 19.00 – 19.45 (Children higher than 7th Kyu and selected children)
- 19.30 – 20.30 (Older than 13 years old)
- Gymnasium primary school de Triangel, Zeelandiahoeve 3, 1187 KR Amstelveen
- Wednesday:
- 17.00 – 18.00 (Only selected members who train more than 3 times a week)
